    Our feeding guides are listed on the back of every package as well as on the individual product pages of our pamphlets. Feeding amounts can be adjusted based on the age, breed and activity level of your pet.

  • How should I serve Paleo Pet meals?

    Paleo Pet is best served warm. Simply place the pouch in a bowl of hot water for 2-3 minutes. This ensures the maximum taste experience for your furbaby - now go heat, shake, rip, and serve!

  • How often should I feed my pet?

    Feeding your pet depends on their age and lifestyle.

    • For dogs, consider 3-4 meals per day, adolescents 2-3 meals per day, adults 1-2 meals per day.
    • For cats, 3-4 meals per day. Free-choice feeding and set meal times are acceptable for cats, but set meal times allow pet parents to control and monitor portions.
  • My pet is not eating as much as he used to. Is there anything I can do?

    There are a few things you can do to encourage your pet to eat. First, make sure that the food you are feeding him is palatable to him. You can also try introducing our wet food and mix with their current dryfood as a topper to make their meals more interesting.

  • My pet is switching from kibble to your food. Is there anything I should know?

    When switching pets from kibble to a new food, it is important to do it gradually.

    Start by mixing a small amount of your food with the kibble and gradually increase the amount of your food over a period of 1-2 weeks. This will help your pet’s stomach adjust to the new food.

  • Can I mix vegetables into my pet’s food?

    Yes, you can mix vegetables into your pet’s food. Vegetables are a good source of vitamins, minerals, and fiber for pets. However, it is important to start slowly and introduce new vegetables one at a time. Some vegetables that are safe for pets include carrots, green beans, broccoli, and sweet potatoes.

  • Can it be eaten by x month old/young pets?

    Yes, our meals are all natural and have no additives. However, we recommend first transitioning the furbaby to kibbles before introducing them to our meals! This ensures that the furbabies and their tummies are well prepared for our delicious meals and treats!

  • My pet has been having diarrhea since I started feeding him your food. Is there anything I can do?

    We highly recommend slowly transitioning into Paleo Pet to reduce the side effects of introducing new food, such as having softer stools. Gradually transition to Paleo Pet meals by replacing 25% old meals daily.

    Once fully transitioned, the stool will return to normal. Should diarrhea persist, please consult with your trusted veterinarian.

  • How do I make the switch?

    To transition between formulas, start by mixing 25% of the new food with 75% of the current diet for 2-3 days. Then, mix 50% of each for 2-3 days, followed by 75% of the new food with 25% of the current diet for 2-3 days. After that, you can feed the new food entirely. If you need a more specific transition guide, send us a message.

  • I'm concerned about my pet’s kidney health. Is your food safe for them?

    Yes, our food is safe for pets with kidney problems. We use a low-sodium formula that is gentle on the kidneys.

  • What are the ingredients in your dehydrated treats?

    Our dehydrated treats are 100% human-grade meat supported by NMIS certifications from accredited suppliers that are also meat fit for human consumption. We do not add any salt, flavorings, or preservatives.

    Our dehydrated treats have a shelf life of 18 months unopened.

    Yes, our food pouches are safe for dogs with allergies. We only use a single source of meat and do not mix any other type of meat on a wet food advertised as such. We offer variety flavors catering to their dietary needs, especially for cats and those on elimination diets.

  • Is the 285g on medium pouches just the meat or with the soup? Do you add sauce/soup on your pouches?

    The soup inside the pouches is the broth that is coming from the meat when cooked. We do not add or make any form of liquid to make up for the soup inside the pouch. The weight of the pouch is the actual meat weighed before sealing it.

  • Why is there so much oil in my pet’s food pouch?

    The oil in your pet’s food pouch is coming from the natural meat that is used to make the meat pouch. When the meat is cooked, the fat renders out and collects in the pouch. This is normal and is not harmful to your dog. No added oil on the cooking process is done.

  • I'm concerned about the amount of fat in my pet’s food. Is it too much?

    The amount of fat in our food pouches is appropriate for pets. No emulsifiers or some sort is added to the cooking process which leads to natural fat being seen. Natural fat is an important nutrient for pets and helps them to stay healthy.
    Heating the meat pouch is highly recommended before serving. 

  • My pet has a sensitive stomach. Is your food safe for him?

    Yes, our food is safe for pets with sensitive stomachs. We use only human-grade ingredients and do not add any harsh chemicals or preservatives. Best to consult your own veterinarian as all dogs and cats have different dietary requirements.
